Tender Description
Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG) located in F-7/2, Islamabad invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification from valid registered, reputable, and active tax-paying firms with at least five years of relevant experience working with government sectors or organizations. The pre-qualification is for repair and maintenance works during the Financial Year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- Repair and Maintenance of Transport (Bid Security Rs. 60,000)
- Machinery and Equipment (Bid Security Rs. 25,000)
- Furniture and Fixture (Bid Security Rs. 20,000)
The scope includes repair and maintenance of transport vehicles, machinery, equipment, and furniture at the college premises. The successful firms will be required to supply articles free of cost including fitting, carriage charges, octroi, and local taxes. All supplied articles must meet the specified samples and requirements. Firms must provide a one-year guarantee on all items including onsite service. Workshops or offices should be located within the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad and must be equipped with relevant tools and technical personnel.
Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST, Vendor Number, and Active Tax Payer Certificates by FBR. Firms must not be blacklisted and must submit an affidavit to that effect. Pay Order of Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) in favor of the Principal must be attached with the application. Earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one week after tender opening.
The tender opening will be held on 21 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Vice Principal, who is the Chairman of the Purchase Committee. Bidders are advised to submit their proposals under sealed cover at Islamabad Model College for Girls (PG) F-7/2, Islamabad before the deadline.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including NTN, GST, FBR certificates, and pay order are complete and attached to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
