Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad, is inviting proposals for pre-qualification of workshops and authorized agents of manufacturers for the repair and maintenance of its official vehicles. This opportunity is specifically for firms with adequate technical soundness and requisite experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. The procurement is based in Islamabad and aims to ensure the upkeep of the Secretariat's fleet. Items being procured: - Toyota Lexus 2016 (1 vehicle, 5700cc) - Toyota Coaster 2013 (1 vehicle, 4000cc) - Toyota Hilux Vigo 2011 (1 vehicle, 2800cc) - Toyota Fortuner 2012 (1 vehicle, 2700cc) - Honda Civic 2026 (1 vehicle, 1800cc) - Toyota Axio 2007 (1 vehicle, 1500cc) - Toyota Yaris 2020 (1 vehicle, 1300cc) - Toyota Corolla 2011, 2017 (2 vehicles, 1300cc) - Suzuki Carry Van 2020 (1 vehicle, 800cc) - Suzuki WangonR 2016 (1 vehicle, 1000cc) - Suzuki Cultus 2016 (1 vehicle, 1000cc) - Motorcycle 2013, 2020 (2 vehicles, 125cc) The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services covering engine works, brakes, suspension, shocks, oil and fuel additives, electrical accessories, body works, and interior and exterior accessories. The workshops must be equipped with the necessary machinery, technical service, and resources to handle these vehicles. The Secretariat requires firms to have at least three years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, with proof of purchase/supply orders and client certificates. The workshops or authorized agents must be established in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Applicants must be registered with FBR, have active income and sales tax certificates, and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. The pre-qualification application must be submitted through EPADS version 2.0 by 22 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The Secretariat reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
