Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Workshops and Services for Vehicles, IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, and Furniture

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division Islamabad invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed Contractors, Suppliers, Firms, and Workshops registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. These entities should have their own workshops, stocks, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for pre-qualification of various procurements, works, and services during the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of workshop(s) for repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles - Repair and maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment - Repair and maintenance of plant and machinery items - Repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures The scope covers repair and maintenance services for vehicles, motorcycles, hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have the necessary technical capacity and workshop facilities in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division located at the Prime Minister's Office. Bidders must submit their bids in hard copy on or before the deadline of 21st September 2026 at 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders at the Prime Minister's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 234-B. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all tax registrations including NTN, GST, and Vendor Number are active and properly documented, as these are mandatory for submission.
