Pre-Qualification of Firms for Repair of Transport, Machinery, Hardware, IT Equipment & Furniture Fixture Items

The NAB Balochistan Quetta (National Accountability Bureau: NAB) invites qualified firms to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for repair works involving Transport, Machinery, Hardware, IT Equipment, and Furniture Fixture items. This procurement is specific to Quetta, Balochistan, and aims to pre-qualify contractors who will later be invited to bid for repair contracts under the FY 2026-27 budget. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport vehicles - Repair of Machinery equipment - Repair and replacement of Hardware components - Repair and maintenance of IT Equipment - Repair and refurbishment of Furniture Fixture items The scope includes replacement and installation of new parts for approximately 70 vehicles, computer hardware, IT equipment, machinery, and furniture fixtures, all with warranty. The technical scope requires firms to have expertise in these repair areas and the capacity to provide quality workmanship and warranty support. Eligibility criteria require firms to have at least 5 years of experience in similar fields with reputable government organizations or departments. Applicants must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming no litigation history or blacklisting by any government department. Registration with NADRA (CNIC/NICOP), FBR (NTN/GST), and other relevant certifications are mandatory. Key dates include the application submission deadline on Monday, August 24, 2026, by 03:00 PM via the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement portal. Applications will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested firms should register on EPADS if not already registered. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents, including valid CNIC, NTN, GST certificates, and non-blacklisting affidavits, are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
