Pre-Qualification for Procurement of Stents, Implants, Instruments & Accessories for SZHL FY 2026-27

The Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZPGMI) (MoNHSR&C) invites pre-qualification applications for the procurement of Stents, Implants, Instruments & Accessories for Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Hospital (SZHL) for the financial year 2026-27. This pre-qualification process is intended to identify capable suppliers who will be eligible to participate in subsequent bidding and contract signing for the supply of these medical goods. Items being procured: - Stents - Implants - Instruments - Accessories The procurement is planned for Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, under the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Interested applicants must meet eligibility criteria including valid registration with FBR, SECP, DRAP licenses, valid ISO 9001 certification, GMP certificates, and must not be blacklisted by any government or public sector entity. Applicants must provide documentary evidence of financial capacity, past experience supplying surgical disposables and medical devices to government or autonomous hospitals, and maintain qualified pharmacists in regular employment. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
