Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for Supply of Fresh Beef & Mutton and Frozen Chicken

The Islamabad Club invites pre-qualification applications from Government and FBR registered firms (NTN registered) for the supply of Fresh Beef & Mutton and Frozen Chicken on FOR basis. Interested bidders must be registered and eligible to participate in this procurement process. Items being procured: - Fresh Beef - Mutton - Frozen Chicken Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions for submission of bids, procurement method, eligibility, and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from IC/PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted through email along with the hard copy at the procurement office of Islamabad Club. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 payable in shape of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Offers without payment of tender fee will not be entertained. The tender submission deadline is 15th September 2026 at 12:00 hours, with tender opening scheduled at 12:30 hours on the same day. Suppliers are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely delivery of both electronic and hard copies of their bids.
