Pre-Qualification for Supply of Vehicles (Car, Bus, Coasters, Tractor, Bike, E-Bike) in Sports Board Punjab

Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of the Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors for pre-qualification to supply vehicles including cars, buses, coasters, tractors, bikes, and e-bikes for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Vehicles (Car, Bus, Coasters, Tractor, Bike, E-Bike etc.) The scope includes providing a variety of vehicles to support the operational needs of Sports Board Punjab. Interested bidders must submit a complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English, carrying all required details. The PQD can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The EOI application must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened the same day at 12:15 PM. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR/ATL and relevant experience in vehicle supply. All pages of the application must be signed and stamped. Incomplete or vague submissions will not be entertained.
