Pre-Qualification and Tender for Miscellaneous Electrical, Building Repair, and Civil Works at Gwadar Cantt by Military Engineering Services

The Military Engineering Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various works at Gwadar Cantt. This tender notice is issued by the Garrison Engineer (Const) Gwadar Cantt and covers a wide range of electrical, building repair, and civil works. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Electrical/Mechanical Works at Gwadar Cantt (Rs. 100.00 Million) - Miscellaneous Building/Repair Works at Gwadar Cantt (Rs. 100.00 Million) - Bazar Supply Electrical/Mechanical Items (Rs. 4.00 Million) - Various repair and supply works for 44 Medical Battalion including towel rails, plastic shelves, connection pipes, wire gauze, flush tanks, UPVC door locks, door closers, bow handles, floor cabinets, ground sinks, RCC shelves, looking mirrors, flushing cisterns, hasp & staples, bibi cocks, CP mixtures, wash basins, Muslim showers, paint/distemper works, and more (various amounts) - Construction and maintenance of speed breakers, cat eyes, bollards, and access roads at North Cantt Gwadar - Residential accommodation repairs including shower mixture replacement - Block and sewerage works including demolition and relocation of pre-February structures at Ormara Cantt - Various office building repairs and relocations at Ormara Cantt including transformer and solar panel works - Electrical repairs including ceiling fans, exhaust fans, AC/DC fan circuits, LED tube lights, mirror lights, and power cables at multiple locations in North Cantt Gwadar - Construction of ATM booths, watch towers, guard rooms, and other infrastructure at North and South Cantt Gwadar - Replacement and repair of doors, paint, distemper, and other finishing works The scope includes supply and installation of electrical items, civil construction, building maintenance, and repair works across multiple cantonment locations in Gwadar and Ormara. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in Category 'E' with a minimum enlistment amount of Rs. 150,000. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA, etc., must provide their enlistment documents along with their applications for tender issuance. Firms not enlisted with MES must deposit earnest money of Rs. 150,000 in favor of GE (Const) Gwadar. Tender submissions must be made in two envelopes containing priced tenders and priced BQs, duly sealed. Tender documents and contract conditions can be reviewed at the office of the undersigned. Tender quotations must follow the MES Schedule of Rates 2021. The deadline for tender submission is by 11:30 hrs on 15 October 2026, with opening at 12:00 hrs the same day at the office of GE (Const) Gwadar. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
