Pre-Qualification of Training and Development Vendors for Pakistan Single Window

Pakistan Single Window (PSW), based in Islamabad, is seeking to pre-qualify experienced training and development vendors to provide a wide range of training services. This procurement covers multiple domains including leadership and management development, technical and ICT trainings, as well as niche and specialized soft skills and behavioral trainings. The scope includes end-to-end delivery of training programs such as strategic leadership, cybersecurity, project management, communication skills, and workplace well-being among others. The selected vendors will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing customized content, providing qualified trainers, delivering training sessions in physical, virtual, or hybrid formats, and submitting detailed post-training reports. PSW requires vendors to have relevant experience, valid PEC categories if applicable, and registration with FBR and ATL. Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of experience and provide evidence of similar assignments with corporate and government clients. The pre-qualification proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 22nd June 2026 at 1500 hours.
