Pre-Qualification for Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Services and Supply/Replacement of Tyres for Official 04-Wheelers

The Federal Government Organization Punjab invites reputable registered suppliers, workshops, and firms throughout Punjab to apply for pre-qualification for providing services related to the supply of spare parts, repair work for official cars and motorcycles, and purchase or replacement of tyres for 04-wheelers. Items being procured: - Lot-I: Vehicle repair and maintenance services including spare parts of vehicles/motorcycles, batteries, wheel alignment, denting/painting, electrical work, AC service - Lot-II: Supply/replacement of tyres for vehicles The pre-qualification process will be conducted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement, have FBR registration for Income Tax/Sales Tax, possess vendor numbers issued by AGPR, and provide an affidavit of no blacklisting. The evaluation criteria include registration, blacklisting affidavit, bank statement, past performance, infrastructure and equipment, and human resource capacity for Lot-I, and registration, blacklisting affidavit, bank statement, past performance, market authority, storage capacity, and warranty support for Lot-II. The bid submission deadline is before 05.10.2026 at 10:30 hours via the electronic portal http://eprocure.org.pk. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of representatives of firms/vendors at the office of Deputy Director (Admn), 94-Upper Mall, Lahore. Applicants must carefully comply with all bidding instructions and submit all required documents through the e-PADS system. A pay order/bank draft of Rs. 50,000/- as security deposit is required, refundable upon contract expiry. The workshop on the panel will be bound to carry out the requisite work immediately when vehicles are referred, including odd hours/days. Firms must clearly mention their services on sealed envelopes against Lot-I or Lot-II.
