Pre-qualification / Walk-in Registration of Vendors for Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables at Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology

Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines - Surgical Disposables Procurement shall follow single stage single envelope procedure with pre-qualification on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit refundable bid security of Rs. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) and submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technical proposals are invited for pre-qualification. Eligible vendors must supply national, multinational, or imported medicines and medical devices or surgical disposable items. Hard copies of financial instruments must be submitted by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology. All procurement procedures including receiving, opening, and awarding will be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended 2024) and Punjab e-Procurement System rules.
