Tender Description
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad, invites proposals for the pre-qualification of workshops and authorized agents of manufacturers for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles of the Secretariat for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for firms based in Islamabad that are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles of Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat
The technical scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the Secretariat's official vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. The firms must be authorized agents or workshops with proven expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair, capable of handling various vehicle makes and models used by the Secretariat.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be Islamabad-based, registered on the FBR ATL, and capable of submitting proposals through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted.
Key dates include the submission closing deadline on 22 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with the opening of bids scheduled for 22 July 2026 at 11:30 a.m. All submissions must be made electronically via EPADS.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely electronic submission through EPADS and to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions available on the PPRA EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Maintaining updated ATL status and Islamabad-based operations is critical for eligibility.
