Tender Description
Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, Islamabad invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed Contractors, Suppliers, Firms, and Workshops registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Eligible bidders must have their own workshops, stocks, manpower, and expertise in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for pre-qualification of procurements, works, and services during the Financial Year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Pre-qualification of workshop(s) for Repair and Maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles
- Repair and Maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment
- Repair and Maintenance of Plant and Machinery items
- Repair and Maintenance of Furniture and Fixtures
The scope includes repair and maintenance services for a variety of equipment and assets under the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division. Interested firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess the necessary technical and operational capacity to deliver quality services.
Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division located at the Prime Minister's Office. Interested parties having NTN, GST, Vendor Number, and Active Tax Payer Certificates issued by FBR may submit their bids in hard copy on or before the deadline of 21.9.2026 at 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of Contractors, Suppliers, Firms, and Vendors at the Prime Minister's Office, 2nd Floor, Room 234-B.
The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals and to distribute business among bidders in accordance with Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all tax registrations and certifications are up to date and to prepare a comprehensive technical bid demonstrating workshop capabilities and past experience to enhance chances of pre-qualification.
