Pre-Qualification of Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles and Motorcycles for Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad invites bids for the pre-qualification of workshops for the repair and maintenance of various makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles including Suzuki, Toyota, Kia Picanto, Honda, and others. This pre-qualification is for both protected and non-protected vehicles. The procuring agency is the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of workshops for repair and maintenance of different make/model vehicles - Repair and maintenance services for motorcycles - Services applicable to protected and non-protected vehicles The scope includes annual repairs and maintenance services for vehicles and motorcycles. Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or reputed stationers registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. They should have their own offices or stocks in Rawalpindi or Islamabad during the financial year 2026-27. The firm must have at least two years of relevant experience and provide documentary proof of registration including NTN, GST, and vendor number. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming the firm is not blacklisted is mandatory. Bids will be collected and opened through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) only; no manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The bid security required is Rs. 35,000/- in the form of a refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer (General), Ministry of PASS. The contract will be valid until 30.06.2027. Payments will be made after satisfactory inspection and submission of original bills and invoices. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Interested bidders should register on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their documents online. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated by the Purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The committee's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
