Pre-Qualification of Workshops for Repair, Maintenance and Purchase of Spare Parts for Official Vehicles

The Prime Minister's Office (Public), Islamabad, is inviting qualified workshops for pre-qualification to provide repair, maintenance, and purchase of spare parts including tyres and batteries for its official vehicles. This tender is specifically for firms/workshops based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad with their own offices, stock, and skilled manpower including mechanics, electricians, engineers, denting & painting experts, and wheel balancing & alignment services. Items being procured: - Tyres for various vehicles including Suzuki Cultus, Suzuki Bolan, Suzuki Pickup, Suzuki Swift, Toyota Vitz, Toyota Passo, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Vego, Honda Civic, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Land Cruiser V8, Hino Coaster, Hino Bus, Honda 125 Motorcycle - Batteries for vehicles such as Suzuki Cultus, Suzuki Bolan, Suzuki Pickup, Suzuki Swift, Toyota Vitz, Toyota Passo, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Vego, Honda Civic, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Land Cruiser V8, Hino Coaster, Hino Bus, Honda 125 Motorcycle - Repair and maintenance services for a fleet of vehicles including Toyota Land Cruiser Jeep, Toyota Revo, Honda Civic Turbo, Toyota Corolla Altis, Suzuki Cultus, Suzuki Bolan, Suzuki Swift, Toyota Yaris, Hino Coaster, Hino Bus, Toyota Hiace, Honda Motorcycles The technical scope includes availability of genuine spare parts, assorted lubricants, accessories, and a fully equipped garage with technical experts. The workshops must be capable of immediate response for vehicle repairs even at odd hours. Warranty on replaced or repaired parts must be clearly stated and the workshop is responsible for free replacement if defects reoccur. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with Active Taxpayers List (ATL), possess valid GST/NTN, have a valid postal address and contact details, and provide proof of financial stability including one year's bank statement. Workshops must have at least five years of relevant experience and be Islamabad based. Non-blacklisting affidavit and physical inspection by the selection committee are mandatory. The bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of DDO PM's Office (Public), Islamabad, is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 10 August 2026 before 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder with a validity period until 30 June 2027. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all documents are complete, signed, and attested before uploading on EPADS to avoid rejection. Pay special attention to the warranty terms and clearly state GST inclusion or exclusion in your rates.
