This tender invites contractors in Lasbela from the Civil Works Planning, Procurement & Housing Department for the construction of pre-fabricated accommodation under PSDP No. 4048 for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The project involves specialized civil engineering tasks including soil investigation, slope protection, concrete repairs, landscaping, horticulture, waterproofing, and general building maintenance. The site is located in District Lasbela, requiring expertise in prefabricated building works and reclamation.
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-4 or above, with specialized codes CE10 and BC01 covering various civil engineering disciplines. The tender demands a proven track record with at least three similar assignments completed in the last three years, supported by completion certificates and turnover documentation. Compliance with tax authorities including NTN, ATL, and Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory.
