Prequalification of Automobile Workshops and Vendors for Repair and Maintenance Services M-5 Sector-II

National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), M-5 Sector-II invites sealed bids/proposals from firms/workshops registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The prequalification is for automobile workshops and vendors providing repair and maintenance services including wheel alignment balancing, AC service, denting, painting, electrical work, mechanical work, engine work, and purchase of all kinds of spare parts including tyres and batteries for official vehicles of M-5 Sector-II M (C-II) Zone. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles - Wheel alignment balancing - AC service - Denting - Painting - Electrical work - Mechanical work - Engine work - Purchase of spare parts including tyres and batteries The contract will be awarded through Open Framework Agreements for a period of three years covering FY 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 under PPRA Rules-2004 as amended. Prequalification documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the office of the SSP/Sector Commander National Highways & Motorways Police, M-5, Sector-II, Motorway (C-II) Zone, located at Kashmor-Sadiqabad Road, Guddu Interchange, and can also be downloaded free of cost from www.nhmp.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Only EPADS registered firms are eligible to participate. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers List. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be as per tender documents. Proposals must be prepared according to instructions in the tender documents. The submission deadline is 1100 hours on August 25, 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day at the office of the SSP/Sector Commander National Highways & Motorways Police, M-5, Sector-II, Motorway (C-II) Zone, Kashmor-Sadiqabad Road, Guddu Interchange.
