Tender Description
Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification of firms and contractors for a range of civil, electrical, and mechanical works under CMES (Navy) Islamabad/Lahore at E-8 Islamabad, Lahore, and Dera Ismail Khan. This notice is aimed at experienced contractors interested in participating in upcoming tenders for the following works:
Items being procured:
- Provision/installation of ration lift for additional facilities at E-8 Islamabad
- Provision/installation of DG set and flood light at Murree
- Up-gradation of external services in Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad
- Replacement of 2 heat pumps for 2nd swimming pool on line No.1 at E-8 Islamabad
- Replacement of 2 heat pumps for 2nd swimming pool on line No.2 at E-8 Islamabad
- Provision of earthing and lighting protection system at E-8 Islamabad
- Roof treatment of Operation Theater, family room, and corridor roof at E-8 Islamabad
- Repair/maintenance of road at E-8 Islamabad
- Installation of hydraulic barrier at Dera Ismail Khan
- Misc works/facilities at Islamabad (multiple lots)
- Misc works/facilities at Lahore (multiple lots)
The technical scope covers installation and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems, civil repair and maintenance, and specialized works such as roof treatment and lighting protection. Firms must be enlisted with MES in Category D or higher, or with other government departments, and must have relevant experience. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory, and renewal for 2026 is required. Applicants must provide details of similar works executed in the last two years, along with supporting documents such as bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificate.
Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (Navy) Islamabad/Lahore, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Applications must be submitted by 1130 hours on 27 Aug 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. A practical tip: Ensure all supporting documents, especially PEC renewal and performance reports, are complete and up to date to avoid disqualification at the scrutiny stage.
