Prequalification for Civil and Electrical Works at WAPDA Colonies Upper Mall Sub Division Lahore

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites qualified contractors to prequalify for a Framework Agreement for Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil and Electrical Works in Residential Buildings at WAPDA Colonies in Upper Mall Sub Division, Lahore. This prequalification is intended to enable potential applicants to decide whether to respond to the forthcoming Prequalification Notice. Items being procured: - Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil Works - Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, Special/Ordinary Repair of Electrical Works The scope covers civil and electrical works at WAPDA Colonies in Upper Mall Sub Division, Lahore. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of 7 months starting December 01, 2026. Only National Applicants registered with PEC in the relevant categories and FBR/ATL registered are eligible. The prequalification process requires submission of documents as per the Prequalification Documents available on the WAPDA website.
