Prequalification for Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road Packages I and II

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites applications from registered contractors with valid Income Tax and active Federal Board of Revenue taxpayer status. Bidders must also have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the specified categories. This prequalification is for the construction of the Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road in two packages located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Package I: Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road (Length: 90.657 KM) from KM 19+225 to KM 109+882 on Harnai Road - Package II: Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road (Length: 55.834 KM) from KM 0+000 to KM 55+834 on Harnai - Sanjavi Road The projects require contractors with PEC Category C-A and specialization in CE-01 and CE-02. Prequalification documents can be downloaded free of cost from the NHA website starting October 2, 2026. Applicants are advised to monitor the website for any schedule updates or addendums. Proposals must be prepared according to the instructions in the prequalification documents and submitted by October 20, 2026, before 1130 hours. Proposals will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. All firms are encouraged to register on the e-procurement system (ePADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as hard copy proposals will be phased out in future procurements.
