Prequalification for Construction and Supply Works by Military Engineer Services Abbottabad

Military Engineer Services (MES) Abbottabad invites applications for prequalification of contractors and firms within fifteen days after advertisement for issuance of tenders for works and services within the AOR of CMES (A) Attd and under Comd GE (A) Attd, GE (A) PMA, AGE (A) Attock and Div Stock / Central Stock. Items being procured: - TC / DC and Supply of Bazar Material (E&M & B&R) for GE (A) Attd, GE (A) PMA & AGE (A) Attock - Construction, Repair, Renovation, Maintenance Works (B&R and E&M) and Repair / Maintenance of Roads at Attd, PMA, Hvn, Ski, Attock & Mansar etc The scope includes supply and maintenance works involving electrical, mechanical, and building & roads materials and services across multiple locations including Abbottabad, PMA, Haripur, Skardu, Attock, and Mansar. Contractors must have relevant experience and meet special conditions for the job and area. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D & E are eligible. Contractors must submit complete credentials and certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding reports against them. Tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 21 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
