Prequalification for Electrical, Water Supply, Sui Gas and Miscellaneous Works under CMES (Navy) Islamabad and Lahore

Applications along with all credentials are invited by the CMES (Navy) ISLD/LHR for prequalification of firms/contractors for issue of tenders for the following works under CMES (Navy) Isld/Lhr at Islamabad and Lahore in the light of Clause-13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - Internal Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - External Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works/Facilities at Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works/Facilities at Lahore The scope includes electrical works, water supply, and Sui Gas installations at multiple zones in Islamabad and Lahore, along with various miscellaneous facilities. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category 'D' or higher and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience of similar nature works executed in the last two years is required along with submission of performance reports, GST registration, NTN certificate, and list of moveable and immoveable assets. Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) Isld/Lhr, Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued to pre-qualified firms. Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 19 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors may witness the opening of tenders. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including GST, NTN certificates, and performance reports are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to handle any unforeseen delays.
