Prequalification of Firms for M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector Goods Supply

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) at M-4, Sector-I, Toba Tek Singh invites applications for the Prequalification of Firms for the supply of goods under an Open Framework Agreement. This prequalification is intended to identify capable suppliers for subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period of 36 months starting November 2, 2026. The procurement covers the on-demand supply of goods including tyres, batteries, and spare parts for motor vehicles. Items being procured: - Tyres (176 quantity) - Batteries (45 quantity) - Spare Parts (600 quantity) The supply location and delivery schedule is at NHA Complex, Near Motorway Interchange, Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. Interested firms must meet eligibility criteria including valid PEC registration, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, dealership certificates if applicable, and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. Financial capacity and past experience will be evaluated as part of the prequalification process. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on September 29, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial evaluation will be conducted as per the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Vendors not registered on EPADS are advised to complete registration promptly to avoid submission issues. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents including recent bank statements, tax certificates, and affidavits regarding blacklisting status are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification.
