Prequalification of Firms for Supply of Stores, Miscellaneous Items, and Provision of Repair and Services for National Highways & Motorway Police Karachi

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Karachi, invites prequalification applications from firms for the supply of stores, miscellaneous items, and provision of repair and services under an open framework agreement for the financial years 2026-2027 to 2028-2029. This prequalification is aimed at establishing a panel of qualified suppliers and service providers to meet the operational needs of NHMP South Zone. Items being procured: - Supply of Stores - Miscellaneous Items - Provision of Repair and Services Bidders are required to submit their bids online through the E-PADs 2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/login before the opening date. However, original bids or proposals must be physically submitted at the Office of Deputy Inspector General, NHMP (South Zone), Northern Bypass Loop at KM 24 SB M-9 Opposite Al-Habib Restaurant, Karachi, on or before 11:00 am on 14-10-2026. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 am. The scope includes supply and repair services essential for NHMP operations in Karachi. Interested firms must comply with all terms and conditions as per the tender documents and maintain eligibility criteria including valid registration with FBR and other relevant authorities.
