Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance of AGPR Office Building & Other Buildings

The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) invites applications for prequalification under an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair and Maintenance of AGPR Office Building and other buildings located at G-8/4 Islamabad. This framework agreement covers a wide range of maintenance works including civil, electrical, plumbing, sewerage, waterproofing, insulation, renovation, aluminum and glass works, parking sheds, canopies, and horticulture services for both office and residential colony buildings of AGPR. The works are to be executed on an as-and-when-required basis with a job delivery schedule of 45 days per lot. Items being procured: - Civil Works (100 jobs) - Electrical Works (100 jobs) - Plumbing and Sewerage / Drainage Works (100 jobs) - Waterproofing and Insulation Works (100 jobs) - Renovation and Upliftment Works (Interior / Exterior) (100 jobs) - Aluminum and Glass Works (100 jobs) - Parking Sheds / Canopies / Horticulture Services (100 jobs) The scope includes routine and emergent maintenance works executed in accordance with applicable specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, possess valid FBR NTN and GSTN, and submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 200,000 in favor of Branch Officer (Admn-II), AGPR, Islamabad for each lot. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks out of 100 and a passing score of 65. Experience of at least 5 years, financial capacity with annual turnover of PKR 20 million or above, and satisfactory completion of similar jobs are required.
