Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance Works

The Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib (Repair & Maintenance Cell) invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance Works. This agreement will cover on-demand repair and maintenance contracts through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period of 36 months. The prequalification process aims to shortlist eligible suppliers who will then be invited to participate in the bidding process. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance works as per framework agreement The scope includes various repair and maintenance tasks at the Office of the Wafaqi Mohtasib premises located in Islamabad. Interested applicants must meet eligibility criteria specified in the prequalification documents, including relevant PEC categories, FBR/ATL registration, and experience. Earnest Money and Bid Security requirements will be detailed in the documents. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, October 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 should complete registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
