Prequalification for Internal and External Electric, Water Supply, Sui Gas and Miscellaneous Works at Islamabad and Lahore by CMES (Navy)

Applications along with all credentials are invited by the Military Engineer Services (CMES Navy) for prequalification of firms and contractors for issuance of tenders for various works at Islamabad and Lahore. The works include: - Internal Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - External Electric, water supply and Sui Gas at Zone-I, Zone-II, Zone-III & Zone IV at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works / Facilities at Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works / Facilities at Lahore The scope covers electrical, water supply, and gas installations along with various miscellaneous facility works at the specified zones in Islamabad and Lahore. Firms enlisted with MES in category 'D' or higher, or with other government departments having relevant experience, are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide detailed information including description of similar works executed in the last two years, sponsoring agency/client, amount of work in million rupees, completion period, date of physical completion, percentage progress of work in hand, and performance reports. Contractors must also furnish lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificate. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026 will not be considered. Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (Navy) Islamabad/Lahore office at Sector E-8 Islamabad. The applications will be scrutinized and tenders issued only to pre-qualified firms. Completed tenders must be received at CMES (Navy) Islamabad/Lahore Sector E-8 by 1130 hours on 19 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors may witness the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules 2004. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents, especially PEC registration and performance reports, are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification.
