Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites fresh applications from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1 or above, with specialization in CE-01 and CE-02, for the prequalification of the construction of Jamal Din Wali Interchange on the Sukkur-Multan Motorway (M-5). This prequalification is conducted through the e-bidding system.
Applicants can download the prequalification documents free of cost from the NHA website starting October 08, 2026. The proposals and applications must be prepared according to the instructions in the documents and submitted to the specified address by October 29, 2026, before 1130 hours.
