Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement for Supply and Maintenance of Tyres, Batteries, Filters, Spare Parts and Lubricants

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) West Zone, Quetta, Balochistan invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the supply and maintenance of transport-related items. The procurement covers tyres, batteries, all types of filters, spare parts, repair and maintenance services, and lubricants. The Zone intends to utilize funds under the regular budget for these expenditures through the Open Framework Agreement(s) for the financial years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. Items being procured: - Tyres - Batteries - All types of filters - Spare parts - Repair and maintenance services - Lubricants The scope includes on-demand supply and maintenance at the Zonal Office covering Sector-1 Uthal, Sector III Kalat, Sector N-50, and Sector N-10 Gwadar. Separate supply of items and automobile workshops for repair and maintenance of official vehicles at the Zonal Office and all sectors is also included. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in the procurement proceedings and subsequent Invitation to Bids. The tender requires a security deposit of Rs. 15,000/- in the form of a bankers cheque refundable in the name of DDO NHMP West Zone. Prequalification documents in English can be purchased upon written application and payment of Rs. 1,000/- nonrefundable banker cheque or downloaded free of cost from the NHMP and PPRA websites after registration. Interested applicants must fulfill eligibility requirements as per the prequalification documents and remain in touch with the respective web-link for amendments. Applications must be submitted in clearly marked envelopes to the address of the Deputy Inspector General NHMP West Zone, Quetta, by 16-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. Late submissions will be rejected.
