Tender Description
The Federal Shariat Court invites sealed prequalification applications from NTN & GST registered firms/vendors for establishment of Open Framework Agreements valid for three years. These agreements cover multiple categories for the Principal Seat in Islamabad and Bench Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The categories include IT Equipment Repair & Maintenance, Plant Machinery & Electrical Equipment Repair & Maintenance, Furniture & Fixtures Repair, Maintenance & Fabrication, Civil, Electrical & General Repair/Maintenance Works, Official Vehicles Repair & Maintenance, and Common Use Office Items & Store Requirements.

Firms may apply for one or more categories, each evaluated independently. Having an established office at a Bench Registry location (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, or Quetta) adds evaluation points. The prequalification document is available free for download at www.ppra.gov.pk and www.federalshariatcourt.gov.pk. A hard copy can be obtained from the Cash Branch of the Federal Shariat Court against a non-refundable payment of Rs. 1,000.
An earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR in favor of DDO, Federal Shariat Court Islamabad, valid for the entire three-year Framework Agreement period, must accompany each application. Applications without valid earnest money will be treated as non-responsive.
Sealed applications must reach the Procuring Agency's office at the address given before the closing date and time specified in the Procurement Data Sheet. Late applications will not be entertained. Applications will be opened publicly at the specified date, time, and venue in the presence of applicant representatives who choose to attend.
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, without assigning any reason. A Grievance Redressal Committee is notified on the websites of the Federal Shariat Court and PPRA.
Bidders should ensure their earnest money is valid for the full three-year period and carefully follow submission deadlines to avoid disqualification.
