The Federal Shariat Court, Islamabad, is inviting prequalification applications from NTN and GST registered firms for the establishment of Open Framework Agreements valid for three years. These agreements cover repair, maintenance, and common-use procurement services for the Principal Seat in Islamabad and Bench Registries at Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta. The categories include IT Equipment repair and maintenance, Plant, Machinery and Electrical Equipment repair and maintenance, Furniture and Fixtures repair, maintenance and fabrication, Civil, Electrical and General repair and maintenance works, Official Vehicles repair and maintenance, and Common-Use Office Items and Store requirements. Items being procured: - IT Equipment: desktop computers, laptops, printers, multifunction devices, scanners, LCDs/LEDs, servers, network equipment including routers, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, patch panels, network cabinets, structured/LAN cabling, operating systems, office productivity software, antivirus/endpoint protection, firewall solutions, genuine spare parts and accessories - Plant, Machinery and Electrical Equipment: photocopiers, fax machines, UPS systems, air conditioners, electric geysers, exhaust/pedestal/bracket fans, water dispensers, paper shredders, voltage stabilizers, general electrical and electronic office equipment, generators - Furniture and Fixtures: office furniture including tables, executive tables, chairs, revolving chairs, cabinets, almirahs, racks, storage units, wooden works, cupboards, conference and meeting room furniture, roller blinds, curtains, partitions, notice boards, pin boards - Civil, Electrical and General Works: renovation, retrofitting, rehabilitation of buildings and residences, tile fixing, replacement, floor polishing/buffing, washroom repair and renovation including sanitary fittings and plumbing, plastering, surface repair, wall raising, minor masonry, painting, surface finishing, wooden and glass partition works, general electrical repair and maintenance - Official Vehicles: repair and maintenance of Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and other official vehicles, use of genuine parts - Common-Use Office Items: printing services including forms, registers, letterheads, stationery, office supplies, miscellaneous store items The scope includes on-site support, workshop-based repair, preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown response, warranty on replaced parts, and free rectification of defects during warranty. The prequalification requires firms to have NTN and GST registration, valid FBR ATL status, relevant regulatory registrations, minimum three years of experience, operational office/workshop in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or Bench Registry locations, sound financial standing, and no blacklisting or pending litigation. The closing date for submission is **10.08.2026 11:00 A.M.** at the Federal Shariat Court, 3rd Floor, Islamabad High Court Building, Constitution Avenue, G-5, Islamabad. Applications must be submitted in sealed envelopes with earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or CDR valid for the entire three-year period. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, capability, staff qualifications, financial capacity, and past performance. Firms with established offices at Bench Registry locations will receive plus points.
