Prequalification for Procurement of Advertising Agencies by State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, the largest Life and Health Insurer in Pakistan, invites advertising agencies with a proven track record and a minimum of ten years experience to pre-qualify for promoting its corporate brand, products, and marketing needs. Applicants must have a comprehensive setup including proficient client services, robust media buying capabilities, and a fully-equipped in-house production facility. Agencies intending to participate must be duly registered and accredited with the Press Information Department (PID), the All-Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS), and the Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA). Interested agencies qualifying these criteria may apply on the prescribed technical bid document. Items being procured: - Prequalification for advertising agencies for the years 2026-28 Technical bids will be invited through EPADS. Tender Notice and Technical Bid Documents are available for download from the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk), EPADS, and the State Life website (www.statelife.com.pk). Applications must be submitted only through PPRA's EPADS by registered advertising agencies before the deadline. Submission by hand, courier, post, or email will not be considered. No compensation, honorarium, reimbursement, or TA/DA will be paid for preparation or production of any material. Partial, conditional, or incomplete applications will be rejected. State Life reserves the right to reject or cancel the procurement process at any stage in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
