Prequalification for Procurement of Miscellaneous Store Items, Gas Cylinders, IT & Office Equipment, Machinery, Furniture, Renovation, Road Safety Materials and Related Services for N-5 Central Zone NHMP Lahore

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), N-5 Central Zone Lahore, invites prequalification applications from eligible firms for procurement of a wide range of goods and related services through open framework agreements for the financial years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. This procurement covers multiple sectors including Sector N-5 Central-I (Okara), Sector N-5 Central-II (Multan), Sector N-5 Central-III (Rahim Yar Khan), and the Zonal Office at Babu Sabu Complex Lahore. Delivery is expected within 15 days of call-off orders. The procurement will be conducted through a framework agreement with mini-competitions for individual items or budget heads. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with NTN, GST, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Firms must have at least 1 year of experience supplying similar goods, provide audited accounts or tax returns for the last financial year, and submit bid security of Rs. 25,000 in the form of CDR. Joint ventures of up to two members are allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADs and hard copies delivered to the office of the Deputy Inspector General of Police, N-5 Central Zone, Babu Sabu Complex Lahore by 13-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Late submissions will be rejected. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
