Prequalification for Professional Services for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Press Information Department, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, is inviting reputable and authorized service providers to pre-qualify and provide professional services on an as-needed basis for the Financial Year 2026-2027, effective from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027. This procurement is specifically for professional services required by the department located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Provision of appropriate and eligible professional services for one year (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027) The scope of services includes authorized professional support as required by the Press Information Department. Interested firms must have established offices in all major cities including Islamabad and be duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Additionally, firms must be registered on PPRA's e-PADS portal. The submission process requires bidders to submit proposals exclusively through the e-PADS portal along with a Security Deposit of Rs.500,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Press Information Department, Islamabad. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. The deadline for submission is June 30, 2026, by 01:00 PM. Bidders should ensure their proposals are complete, unconditional, and submitted before the deadline. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Payments will be processed upon submission of verified invoices and will be subject to applicable government taxes.
