Prequalification for Purchase of Drugs/Medicines in Bulk for Financial Year 2026-27 at Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI) Islamabad

Applications are invited by the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI) Islamabad for prequalification of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Units, Marketing Authorization Holders, Importers, Indenters (Sole Agents), and Authorized Distributors for the purchase of drugs and medicines in bulk for the Financial Year 2026-27, with the possibility of extension. Applicants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. They must also hold relevant licenses issued by concerned authorities. Items being procured: - Drugs/Medicines in bulk for Financial Year 2026-27 (Extendable) The procurement will follow PPRA rules and the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Submission of prequalification documents through the E-Pak (EPADS V.1) system of PPRA is mandatory; documents not available on EPADS V.1 will not be considered. Only firms prequalified for the Closed Framework Agreement will be invited to submit bids through open advertisement and registered post. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions available on EPADS Version 1.0 of PPRA.
