Invitation for Prequalification for Repair of Hardware for Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs)

This prequalification is for the repair of hardware items including LEDs, cameras, fans, desktop computers, laptops, printers, hard disks, multimedia projectors, and spare parts. The framework agreement will cover on-demand supply and repair services over a period of 36 months with a delivery schedule of 5 days per call-off contract. Eligible bidders must have valid FBR registration with active NTN/STRN for Islamabad/Rawalpindi and must provide an undertaking for free parts replacement during the warranty period. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants including individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and companies, subject to eligibility criteria including a bid security of PKR 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Assistant Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad. Key dates include the submission deadline on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 04:00 PM through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal, with electronic opening of applications on the same day at 04:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested vendors must register on EPADS to participate.
