Tender Description
The Islamabad Model College for Girls, F-6/2, under the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad, invites prequalification applications for the Repair of Hardware and IT Equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at prequalifying reputable firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and AGPR departments, having offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Items being procured:
- Repair of Hardware
- Repair of IT Equipment
The scope includes maintenance and repair services for various hardware and IT equipment at the Islamabad Model College for Girls, Street No. 25, F-6/2, Islamabad. Eligible firms must provide a complete company profile, financial statements, non-blacklisting affidavit, and relevant experience documents such as work orders and performance certificates. Only firms based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are eligible to apply. The prequalification process follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended), and requires submission of a refundable pay order of Rs. 39,000 in favor of Principal IMCG, F-6/2, Islamabad.
Applications must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on August 20, 2026. The technical and financial evaluation will be conducted based on quality-based selection criteria with technical marks weighted at 70 and financial marks at 60.
