Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance Services of Transport, Office, IT Equipment and Air Conditioners

The Federal Government Organization (FGO) in Quetta invites prequalification bids from reputed contractors, firms, and auto workshops registered with e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS 2.0), FBR, and relevant authorities. The scope covers repair and maintenance services for transport vehicles and motorcycles, office buildings, IT equipment, furniture, machinery, photocopier machines, and air conditioners. Items being procured: - Repair Work / Maintenance of Transport / Vehicles / Motorcycles including Spare Parts, Repair / Maintenance, Batteries, Wheel Alignment, Denting/Painting, Electrical work, AC Service, Tyres of vehicles - Repair / Maintenance of Office Building / Civil Work - Repair of Hardware, Computers, Printers & IT equipment - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Repair of Machinery and office Equipment - Repair of Photocopier Machines - Maintenance/service of Air Conditioners The prequalification is for FY 2026-2027, extendable for FYs 2027-28 and 2028-29, under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Contractors must be registered with FBR and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Successful bidders must furnish a security deposit/performance guarantee of Rs.120,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO BPHQ Quetta, refundable after contract expiry. Bids must be submitted through EPADS and as a hard copy by 16th September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
