Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles and Petty Purchases

The Establishment Division Management Services Wing Islamabad is inviting prequalification proposals for repair and maintenance work for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This tender is specifically for firms and workshops with valid registration including Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR, and preferably located near the Management Services Wing in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The prequalification is extendable for one year upon mutual consent. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of official vehicles of M.S Wing Islamabad for FY 2026-27 - Repair and maintenance / petty purchases including: i. Machinery & Equipment ii. Furniture and Fixture iii. Computer Hardware / Software iv. Others Miscellaneous v. Building Office Spaces The scope covers repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and petty purchases related to machinery, furniture, IT hardware and software, miscellaneous items, and office building spaces. Bidders must have at least three years of experience in public sector organizations and be registered on EPADS. Earnest Money in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft not exceeding 5% of the bid value is required. Interested bidders must apply through EPADS by 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. No manual or hard copies will be accepted. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Management Services Wing, Establishment Division, Committee Room No. 410, 4th floor, Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat Islamabad. Bidders should ensure their FBR and ATL registration is active and documents are uploaded correctly on EPADS. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare and upload all required documents on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
