Tender Description
The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) invites applications for prequalification of competent and experienced firms for the Repair and Maintenance of Official Transport of AGPR located in Islamabad. This open framework agreement aims to establish a panel of prequalified suppliers for subsequent call-off contracts over a period of 36 months starting October 16, 2026. The scope includes routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance services covering mechanical, electrical, suspension, air-conditioning, body, and allied works. Prequalified firms must provide skilled manpower, appropriate workshop facilities, and quality spare parts to ensure the official fleet is maintained to high standards.
Items being procured:
- 1600 cc Cars (1 pcs)
- 1000 cc Cars (8 pcs)
- 2700 cc Cars (2 pcs)
- 800 cc Cars / Vans (3 pcs)
- Motor Bikes (9 pcs)
The delivery schedule for cars is 35 days and for motorbikes 27 days, all at the AGPR office in G-8/4 Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include NADRA citizenship verification, FBR NTN and GST registration, and submission of a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 200,000 in favor of Branch Officer (Admn-II), AGPR. Bidders must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrate financial capacity with an annual turnover of PKR 20 million or more, and provide satisfactory performance certificates for similar jobs. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with a minimum technical passing score of 65 out of 100.
Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS and carefully review all instructions and eligibility requirements. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure the original Call Deposit Receipt reaches the AGPR office before the closing time via courier or by hand, as cheques are not acceptable and failure to submit this may lead to disqualification.
This prequalification is a critical step for firms aiming to participate in the subsequent bidding process for repair and maintenance services of AGPR's official transport fleet in Islamabad.
