Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad invites applications for the Pre-qualification of firms and vendors specialized in Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles. This open framework agreement aims to prequalify capable suppliers for subsequent call-off contracts related to vehicle repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and motorbikes of various makes including Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, and Hino. The procurement is managed by the National Accountability Bureau located at Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/1, Islamabad.
Items being procured:
- Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles / Motorbikes of different makes
- Repair / Replacement of Auto Parts of official vehicles and bikes
- Repair / Replacement of Tyres, Alloy Rims, Batteries, and Interiors of official vehicles
The scope covers comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance services including parts replacement and servicing at the NAB workshop or designated locations. Eligible bidders must have physical offices or workshops capable of servicing the specified vehicle types and must submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming no litigation or blacklisting by any government entity.
Applicants must be registered with NADRA (CNIC/NICOP), FBR (NTN/GSTN) as applicable for their business type. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The framework agreement duration is 12 months from the award date, with no guaranteed minimum quantity or volume of business.
Key dates include the submission deadline on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Interested vendors must register on EPADS and submit applications through the portal only.
