Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance Works Framework Agreement

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs invites applications for prequalification from eligible and qualified firms, workshops, and vendors for the establishment of an Open Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance Works (Non-Consultancy Services). This agreement will be executed through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the framework period of twelve months. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles / Transport - Repair and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment - Repair and Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures - Repair and Maintenance of Computer Hardware - Repair and Maintenance of Software - Repair and Maintenance of I.T. Equipment The scope includes repair and maintenance services across various categories, ensuring operational efficiency and upkeep of government assets. Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligibility requires firms to meet the criteria specified in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS v2.0 portal; manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Applications must be submitted within fifteen days from the publication date and will be opened on the same day. Late submissions will be rejected. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement, and related notifications are available on the Procuring Agency's website and the PPRA website. Bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and carefully prepare their submissions to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any technical issues on the portal.
