Tender Description
The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad invites applications for prequalification from eligible and qualified firms, workshops, and vendors for the establishment of an Open Framework Agreement for Repair & Maintenance Works (Non-Consultancy Services). This agreement will be executed through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period.
Items being procured:
- Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles / Transport
- Repair & Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment
- Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixtures
- Repair & Maintenance of Computer Hardware
- Repair & Maintenance of Software & I.T. Equipment
The scope covers repair and maintenance services across multiple categories including transport vehicles, machinery, office furniture, and IT hardware and software. The framework agreement will be valid for twelve (12) months, and only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Repair and maintenance jobs will be assigned to prequalified firms in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligibility is open to all national applicants who meet the specified requirements in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS v2.0 portal within fifteen (15) days from the publication date of this notice. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete registration at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance on registration and submission is available on the portal.
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Notifications are available on the Procuring Agency's website and the PPRA website.
Bidders should ensure timely online submission and maintain compliance with all eligibility criteria. It is advisable to carefully review the prequalification documents and prepare all required documentation in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
