Prequalification of Firms/Workshops/Vendors for Repair & Maintenance Works for Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad

The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad invites applications for prequalification of firms, workshops, and vendors specialized in repair and maintenance works. This open framework agreement aims to establish a panel of qualified suppliers for on-demand repair and maintenance services over a 12-month period. The scope covers repair and maintenance of official vehicles, machinery and equipment, furniture, computer hardware, software support, and IT equipment. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles - Repair & Maintenance of Machinery/Equipment - Repair & Maintenance of Furniture - Repair & Maintenance of Computer Hardware - Repair & Maintenance/Support of Software - Repair & Maintenance of IT Equipment The services will be required as and when needed at the Ministry's premises located in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Bidders must have relevant experience of at least 3 years, possess an office in Islamabad, and provide at least 3 client reference letters from government organizations. Firms must not be blacklisted and should allow physical inspection of their workshops or premises. Urgent and odd-hour repair works may be required in accordance with PPRA rules. The prequalification process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The technical and financial evaluation will follow a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the prequalification documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria.
