Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance Services of Vehicles, Office Building, IT Equipment, Furniture, Machinery, Photocopiers, and Air Conditioners by Federal Government Organization Quetta

The Federal Government Organization (FGO) Quetta invites prequalification proposals from reputed firms, suppliers, contractors, and auto workshops for comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the fiscal year 2026-2027, extendable for two additional years. This prequalification is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) and governed under Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. The scope covers a wide range of repair and maintenance works including transport vehicles, office buildings, IT equipment, furniture, machinery, photocopiers, and air conditioners. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of transport vehicles and motorcycles including spare parts, batteries, wheel alignment, denting/painting, electrical work, AC service, and tyres - Repair and maintenance of office building and civil works - Repair of hardware, computers, printers, and IT equipment - Repair of furniture and fixtures - Repair of machinery and office equipment - Repair of photocopier machines - Maintenance and servicing of air conditioners The technical scope includes all types of repairing, renovation, electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting, aluminum and glass work, and maintenance of office building facilities located at FGO Quetta. IT and office equipment repairs cover UPS units, fax machines, telephone exchanges, photocopiers, LCD TVs, CCTV cameras, and air conditioners. Vehicle repair includes complete engine overhauling, suspension parts, AC units, external body parts, and miscellaneous spare parts for Toyota, Suzuki, Honda, Nissan, and motorcycles. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR, included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have NTN/GST registration. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, provide financial statements, client lists, managerial and technical staff details, and submit an affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation involvement. A security deposit of Rs. 120,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO BPHQ Quetta is mandatory upon prequalification. Bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 and hard copies delivered to the office of Federal Government Organization, Near Civil Line Police Station, Opposite Governor House, Zarghoon Road, Quetta by **16th September 2026 at 12:00 PM**. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Payments will be processed through AGPR. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all documents including CNIC copies, incorporation certificates, tax certificates, financial audits, and past experience proofs are complete and uploaded on EPADS 2.0 before the deadline. Also, clearly specify the repair/maintenance services you are applying for on both the sealed envelope and EPADS submission to avoid disqualification.
