Prequalification of Firms for Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles, Electrical, IT, Mechanical and Miscellaneous Items in Islamabad

The National Forensics Agency, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Islamabad, is seeking prequalification of firms for the Financial Year 2025-26. This procurement targets experienced and financially stable firms for repair and maintenance services of official vehicles, as well as supply, installation, and maintenance of electrical, IT, mechanical, and miscellaneous items. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, supply and installation of genuine spare parts, emergency breakdown support, denting and painting, computerized diagnostics, and fleet inspection. Additionally, firms will be prequalified for repair and maintenance of electrical items such as LED lights and circuit breakers, IT equipment including computers and printers, mechanical equipment like generators, and miscellaneous items including plumbing, HVAC, and safety barriers. Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP or relevant authority, possess valid NTN and STRN, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Firms should have a minimum of three years relevant experience and must submit a bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR. The prequalification process requires submission of company profile, financial standing proof, past experience certificates, and bid security. Applications must be submitted in hard copy to the Deputy Director (Admin), National Forensics Agency, Plot No.1, 2, 27 & 28 Opposite Police Lines, H-11/4, Islamabad by 02nd June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21st May 2026 at 11:30 AM at the agency premises for clarifications.
