Prequalification of Firms/Vendors for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles and General Order Supplier for MT Items for Sector N-5 North-II, Jhelum

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), Senior Superintendent of Police Sector N-5 North-II, Jhelum, invites applications for prequalification of firms and vendors for repair and maintenance of official vehicles and as general order suppliers for MT items for Sector N-5 North-II, Jhelum. This prequalification is for an open framework agreement valid for three years covering FY 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles including electrical, mechanical, body shop (denting/painting), air conditioning, wheel alignment and balancing, dashboard and seat cover repairs, and breakdown recovery - Supply of MT items and spare parts for official vehicles The scope includes provision of automobile workshop services and general order supply for transport repair under a framework agreement. Eligible applicants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on the Active Taxpayers List, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and not blacklisted by any government or public sector organization. The prequalification process requires submission of documents including NTN, Sales Tax Registration, affidavit of non-blacklisting, proof of experience, financial turnover, and technical staff details. Applicants must have a minimum of one year relevant experience and demonstrate managerial capacity with skilled technical staff. The evaluation criteria include relevant experience, client details, financial capability, and managerial capacity with a minimum qualifying score of 50 marks.
