Prequalification for Repair Work of Vehicles at Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad

The Collectorate of Customs (Airports) Islamabad invites prequalification applications from interested service providers and workshops for repair work of vehicles of various makes and models including Toyota and Honda. The scope includes repair, mechanical and suspension work, engine oil change, wheel alignment and balancing, electric work, and purchase of tyres and other spare parts. Items being procured: - Repair work of vehicles of various makes and models - Mechanical and suspension work - Engine oil change - Wheel alignment and balancing - Electric work - Purchase of tyres and other spare parts The interested workshops must demonstrate capabilities in repair, maintenance, overhauling of engines, denting and painting, handling of software/electronic technology of vehicles, and other repair and maintenance works. They must have relevant past experience, adequate personnel, equipment, and plant, sufficient parking and inspection area, capability of wheel balancing and alignment access, availability of spare parts, and valid GST/NTN registration. No blacklisting affidavit on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 is required. The workspace on the panel will be bound to carry out requisite work immediately, even at odd hours. Workshops must return old or faulty parts if replaced with new ones. Warranty period faults must be replaced free of cost. Bids must be attached with a pay order of Rs. 200,000 in the name of Deputy Collector (HQ) Collectorate of Customs Airports Islamabad. Technical committee will conduct physical visits of all service providers/workshops before prequalification. Interested bidders with valid NTN/STRN may submit technical bids on firm letterhead in sealed envelopes by hand before 30-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Applications must also be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement (ePADs) system. This tender notice is also available on PPRA and FBR websites. Bidders are advised to ensure all required documents and earnest money are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. Physical inspection by the technical committee is a critical step, so readiness for site visits is essential.
