Tender Description
This tender invites qualified suppliers and contractors in Lahore to provide construction materials, vehicle and machinery spares, plant shifting, and bitumen carriage services for National Logistics Cell (NLC) Asphalt Plants. The scope covers supply of A quality construction materials based on Job Mix Formula (JMF), maintenance spares for vehicles, plants and machinery, and transportation of bitumen from Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Muzaffargarh to asphalt plants in Lahore, Sargodha, and Faisalabad.
The work involves complex logistics and supply chain management across multiple cities, requiring expertise in handling heavy machinery and bulk materials. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for materials like crushed stone, stone dust, and bitumen carriage. The shifting of plant and machinery demands careful planning to avoid operational downtime at the asphalt plants. The engineering challenges include maintaining material quality during transit and coordinating with multiple refinery sources.
Bidders should hold valid NTN and GST registrations and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with government departments.
