Expression of Interest for Prequalification of Tractor Manufacturers and Importers under CM Punjab Green Tractor Program 2026-27

The Agriculture Department Punjab invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the prequalification of tractor manufacturers and importers in Pakistan under the Chief Minister's Punjab Green Tractor Program for the fiscal year 2026-27. This program includes two phases: Phase-IV (Low Power) and Phase-V (Hi Power). The prequalification is aimed at eligible tractor manufacturers and importers to participate in the provision of subsidized tractors to selected farmers across Punjab province. Items being procured: - Chief Minister's Punjab Green Tractor Program (Low Power) (Phase-IV): 50-65 HP tractors by Local Manufacturers - Chief Minister's Punjab Tractor Program (Hi Power) (Phase-V): 75-125 HP tractors by Local Manufacturers / Importers Firms and companies must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Local manufacturers must have a valid manufacturing license issued by the Engineering Development Board (EDB) of Pakistan. Importers must have a valid Sole Proprietorship Certificate issued by the Principal Manufacturer or dealership authorization certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the relevant tractor category. Prequalified manufacturers and importers will collaborate with the Punjab Agriculture Department for tractor subsidy distribution. A pre-EOI meeting will be held on 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of Director General Agriculture (Extension) Punjab, 21-Davis Road, Lahore. EOIs must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement system by or before 04-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:04 AM.
